Non-commercial partnership Russian International Affairs Council has been approved by the Russian Science Foundation as the operator for organizing and supporting international expertise.

On March 16, 2015, the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) (http://russiancouncil.ru) was approved by the Russian Science Foundation (RSF) (http://www.rscf.ru) as the operator for organizing and supporting international expertise for scientific and technical programmes and projects presented at RSF competitions.
